Everyday Hero - Two Ways!

Hello, friends!  Thanks for stopping by - and thank you so much for your sweet comments on my last blog!  It was oddly difficult to write, and especially to share those pictures, and your kind feedback means so much to me.

Today's cards are featuring another fabulous retiring stamp set.  I'm always so torn with this time of year - I'm so sad to see my favourites leaving, but also - it's time to make room for the NEW CATALOGUE!  It's less than a month now until the brand new Stampin' Up! annual catalogue is released - mark your calendar for June 1st.

Isn't it stunning?! Wait until you see the inside!

Want a copy for yourself?  There's two ways to get it.
  1. By default!  My customers who have placed an order with me in the last 6 months will receive a copy automatically on or around June 1st.
  2. By order!  If you haven't placed an order with me but would like a catalogue, please let me know by phone or email!  Catalogues cost $10 (to help cover my shipping cost) but come with a voucher for $10 off your first order of $30+ placed through me.  Valid within Canada only!
Before we get too invested in the new, though, we can't forget the retiring favourites leaving us this month!  Today's product feature is the Everyday Hero stamp set, featured in the Occasions 2017 Catalogue.  This playful, cheerful set is adorable and super versatile!

I've used this one already for some fun, bright superhero cards, so I wanted to do something a little bit different.  With Mother's Day around the corner, it's the perfect set to thank the SuperMom in your life (and aren't they all pretty super?)

The skyline isn't quite big enough to cover a card, but it is super easy to layer and stagger.  Using several of the stamped images, I cut and pieced together this beautiful cityscape.  So easy!

Speaking of that fabulous skyline, it makes a perfect decor element on any card.  I love it stamped in Whisper White Craft Ink on black cardstock, and added to a bright birthday collage!

So what's retiring from these two cards?  In the first card, you won't want to miss out on Everyday Hero, Tasty Treats Specialty DSP, and the Melon Mambo Thick Baker's Twine.  In the second card, we'll be saying goodbye to Everyday Hero, Cupcakes & Carousels DSP, Tags & Labels Framelits, Metallic Sequins, and that gorgeous Melon Mambo twine again!

A new month means a new host code and a new thank you from me when you use it: place an order in my online store and receive a grab bag of Stampin' Up! supplies (DSP, ribbon, embellishments, etc.) as a thank-you from me!  Just don't forget to use the host code below so I can get your goodies on their way.

Thanks so much for stopping by today - happy creating!

Cheers,
Shannon
